You should be routinely optimizing both your server and workstation computers. After all users have exited the program, you should perform an “Optimize All” on your server, followed by “Optimize Application” on each workstation computer. If your users connect to the software via Remote Desktop only you can log everyone out of the server and run the “Optimize All” and it will take care of it. Once run on the server you should have a “Batch File” available that automates the process of giving all your users a fresh copy of Furniture Wizard. If any errors are encountered during the optimization process, try rebooting your computer.
